Rosca de Pascua | Argentinian bread symbolizing eternal life. Brioche style bread with vanilla cream inside. Topped with pastry cream, candied orange peel & chocolate detail.
Colomba Pascquale | Italian bread in the shape of a dove. Similar to panettone, with dried fruits and topped with almonds.
Carrot Cake | 9” carrot cake with layers of cream cheese frosting. Naked on the sides, and topped with cream cheese frosting.
Hot Cross Buns | Traditional British pastry for Good Friday. Lightly glazed sweet buns speckled with black currants.
